[redacted] of Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning came over to my house to do a recheck of my heating system as the other heating company I had for years did not tightened the gas line in my furnace and had to come back the next day to retighten it. This was a frightening experience and painful as I had a headache in the back of my head and this caused me to be concerned about my furnace and carbon monoxide poisoning.

When [redacted] came over he did a comprehensive screening. He showed me that the furnace's A coil tube had rust build up where it was screwed into the furnace. [redacted] removed all the rust build up. He noticed that my hot water heater vent was obstructed, because I had rusty streak going down my basement chimney wall from my hot water heater venting pipe. He told me to put my hand where my hot water heater was blowing out hot air which should be blowing out cool air. He told me I needed to put a new liner in my chimney because I had some sort of obstruction in my chimney that prevented my hot water heater not to be able to vent out carbon monoxide. Less than a week later when he started the process of removing the metal tubing going from the hot water heater to the chimney he found a bird's nest at the base of the tubing inside the chimney. I took a photo of the nest and it was huge and completely clogged the whole pipe. He told me that if the gas hot water heater's tubing is clogged one has to worry about carbon monoxide. I am so happy that [redacted] discovered a dangerous situation that was going on in my basement and he cared about the well being of me and my family. Carbon monoxide poisoning is insidious and having [redacted] as my furnace guy gives me peace of mind. [redacted] charges reasonable prices for his work. I feel [redacted] is a priceless pearl.
