payment. The most recent insufficient items the customer stated in his complaint were received for payment on 9/30/2016 when the balance was not sufficient to pay them. Their deposit came in on 10/03/2016 and the bank did pay the insufficient items, and did not send them back, due to seeing the deposit pending. Insufficient charges were applied on 10/03/2016, though, for two insufficient items. We encourage the customer to come into the bank and we would be happy to sit with them and review their transactions to show the dates items are being presented. Fees are posted on insufficient items the day after they were originally presented to the bank.
To whom it may concern, Tara Cassidy and her husband called into our dealership on 1/**/17 to see if we can BEAT a deal from another dealership. The customer told us exactly how the deal was structured at the other dealership which included covering 4 REMAINING...
PAYMENTS on their current Honda lease. I spoke to my manager and we beat the deal to earn ** and [redacted]'s business. After our phone call I worked up a sales order which showed the breakdown of the lease along with showing that we will cover 4 REMAINING PAYMENTS on their current lease. I emailed a copy to the customer who within 45 minutes sent it back along with all the completed documents I requested. They came in the same day signed the contracts and picked up their new vehicle. I have all the documents such as sales order and emails including the sticky note from our initial conversation which shows 4 payments. Even the dealership we were competing with was only covering 4 payments according to [redacted]. I have attached a copy of the sales order that reflects us cover 4 REMAINING PAYMENTS which was sent via email to [redacted], I have attached the email conversation between myself and [redacted] which shows the sales order was attached and she sent it back after reviewing it. I strive for customer satisfaction and this is the first time something like this has happened. All my clients are always happy and more than satisfied with my services.
