I have used Earl's Performance Plumbing on 3 seperate occassions, the last time was yesterday June 17, 2015 My tech sual was James C[redacted]. Mr. C[redacted] went beyond the normal service call to alleviate a disasterious situation in which I had been left without a toilet for 18 hours. He encountered some unusual problems that he was able to quickly recognize and had to get additional parts to complete my repair. I have always rated Earl's Performance Plumbing a 10 point company but Mr. C[redacted] deserves a 10+ for his outstanding

Very nice technician. Very helpful and efficient.

Paul was timely, courteous, no nonsense....assessed the job, provided the quote, fixed my gas leak quickly.

Jason B did a great job with getting my new kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc. all plumbed and working correctly after a major kitchen remodel. As always, Jason went above and beyond by paying attention to details, like making sure the finishes matched, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Today Ryan Hughes from Earl's Performance Plumbing fixed a leaking pipe that was causing us to have high water bills and drought surcharges. Ryan H is professional, courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about his work. He is a hard worker and wastes no time. It was a pleasure having him out to our home to help us with our problem and we would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had (5) separate plumbing problems to be fixed. [redacted] from Earl's Plumbing showed up on schedule , made a quick evaluation / estimate and completed all my requests within 3 hours.

Review: We hired Earls Plumbing to wire our hor tub to 220 volt wiring I asked the company several times if they have a professional that was competent enough for the job they informed me that they do. After they wired the hor tub it was not working properly I asked Earls Plumbing to come by and check their work for the second time they informed me that it was hooked up properly. I then proceeded to contact the hot tub place and one of their Specialist came out and told me that the wiring was improperly installed. I was told I would lose my warranty and that the hot tub might not work as long as it original may have. Earls Plumbing did tell me that if the pump went out in our original warranty time that they would pay for any replacement needed, which is fine but I payed $350.00 to earls plumbing and it cost $80 for the hot tub place to come fix earls plumbing improper installation. I don't think that is fair. I would Like a full refund for my troubles from earls plumbing so I may pay the hot tub place whom wired the hot tub correctly for me.Desired Settlement: I would like $350.00 refund and if my pump or something goes out that my original warranty would have handled I wasn't earls plumbing to cover the cost hence I lost my warranty because of them.

We found the experience with this company to be satisfactory. Our tech, [redacted], was very polite, completed his work in a timely manner and we felt confident "all is well" when he finished the job. We would recommend him and Earl's to friends and/or family.
Also very pleased that they have a one year warranty (parts and labor) on their work.

We have a contract with Earl's. On Jan.20th, [redacted] came out to do our inspection. He was very thorough. He checked the hot water heater, water flow, even fixed under our bathroom sink our water stops. He explained all of the services that Earl's provide besides the annual check up. Being on a fixed income, we were not able to afford any of the extra services. He was very polite, not pushey be did try to emphasis the importance of some of the services that were being offered. We were very happy with his service.

Don't think I've ever been so delighted with a plumbing repair!

Jesse was wonderful, patient, polite.... it was a terrific experience and I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Phil did an excellent job of rebuilding my bathroom floor & replacing a part of the wall that was removed for plumbing repair. He's a very hard worker, professional, polite & very skilled. He's also conscientious & wants to do a good job. And he did!

[redacted] was at our home to repair the shower/bath faucet and repair a leak under the sink.
He stated the shower/bath faucet could not be repaired and presented a quote for the exact same faucet for $837.00 which included installation. When I asked him if it was gold plated he said no that they would have to cut a new area and put a chrome piece in before they could install the faucet. Since then we have had a different service come out and repair the shower/faucet for a much more competitive rate and they pointed out that my husband had made an error when he tried to make the repair, which caused the repair issue in the first place.
With regards to the leak under the kitchen sink. We have a reverse osmosis system that was disconnected. We wanted [redacted] to fix the leak at the faucet itself. He did make that repair as requested, however when he was done, he took our parts to the reverse osmosis system with him. Of course, my husband was at work out of town so I did not know he did that until he returned home. We had to have Culligan come out and replace the piece that was missing which resulted in a service charge of $95.00.
At this point, I do not see us calling Earl's again.

This is my third time using Earl's performance plumbing. The plumbers are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. This time I needed both toilets replaced and Jesse did a great job! He answered all my questions, did the job in a timely manner and spoke to my landlord on the phone to clearly explain the work that needed to be done. He also was kind to my kids (and their questions) and my pets. Thank you Jesse!

My experience with Earl's Performance Plumbing, beginning with my interaction with office/scheduling staff. Their technician, Charles, was professional, thorough, and did a good job of installing two new toilets in my home. [redacted]

Great service. [redacted] was nice and friendly, but accomplished his job without a lot of chatter. Very clean worksite upon completion. He drilled new hole through granite for drinking water spout and did excellent job. I would recommend him anytime.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were extremely pleased with Jason's work. Five star Service!

Review: We are writing this letter in a final attempt to contact you since we never heard back from [redacted] your office manager. We are looking to be reimbursed for all costs associated with the insufficient and negligent work that was done by [redacted] installed a water filtration system for us on December 12, 2015 for a total installation fee of $1593.59. On December 15, 2015 one of the pipes blew off causing our attic to flood. Then on December 21, 2015 another pipe blew at which time he returned and told us that he put a temporary fix on it and then never returned or mentioned it again. At this point we became very concerned about not only the water damage but the work that was being

done by your employee [redacted]. We called our insurance adjuster as well as [redacted] plumbing. At that time we found out that the shark bite fitting that [redacted] installed on the pipes both blew because they were not fastened securely. The one he fixed on the 15th seemed to be holding but the second one that he came to fix on the 21st, he had only put clamps on that are used for sprinkler leaks. [redacted] went ahead and put the proper fitting on the pipe which only had hose clamps, costing us an additional $550.00

During the course of this nightmare we found out that we needed a new water heater. We contacted yet a third plumber [redacted] Plumbing who upon inspection of the water filter informed us that it also is not installed correctly. Please review attached pictures for your reference. [redacted] Plumbing will be fixing the water filter properly costing us an additional $495.00. All of this of course did cause our attic to flood and mold to begin to grow in just over a few days. [redacted] was contacted by our insurance company to come out and remove dry wall from the garage roof as well as the wall and part of the inside wall and crown molding from the inside of our house. Our deductible Our

deductible for all of this is $1000.00.Desired Settlement: We sent the above letter to Earl's certified mail with pictures of all damages. They still have not contacted us about this situation. I asked three times for a different technician to come out and they still refused to send out different technician. To sum it all up we are asking for every out of pocket cent that has come with the damage for installing everything incorrectly water filter. A grand total of $3,638.59.

To date we have not received any certified mail. As soon as I learned of the situation (when we received the Revdex.com email) I contacted the homeowner to work out the issues. We will be providing a full refund as well as covering the out of pocket expenses as the homeowner has requested. I have apologized to the homeowner for the inconvenience.
