To whom it may concern, I was made to understand that this customer came driving her her car on a flat tire and could have heard her coming from a distance. Tires are not made to be driven FLAT , a...

simply nail which cause a tire to go flat can rouning a new tire if driven flat, which did customer did. In addition, any tire comes in we always inflate it so the customer can see the damages. In this situation, the rep did inflate it which inresult notice a huge bubble cause from driving a flat tire couple of blocks. like any other customer, if your tire is damage, a price is given for a replacment, and its the customer decision to either replace or put on his or her spare. Our facilty did nothing wrong and all steps were taken as required to check a tire. nevertheless, if this customer had pulled over immidiately and had her spare put on, her tire would had been ok to fix , patch or plug. I am sorry if this customer was not satified, but we are not at fault to issue any refund, however, a future discount on new tires will be granted . Thank you. [redacted]

[redacted] I understand you were not there to account for what happened but you have made false statements in your response. When I  came to your shop Noone was outside of the shop to even hear if I was coming. Both employees were inside before I made the uturn in front of your shop. And I can be sure if you check your cameras you can be made aware of that. Secondly I understand it is required to inflate a tire however to continue to  inflate the tire after the bubble is seen is negligence. It was over inflated due to the lack of supervison on  your employees part. Maybe if headphones weren't on  during his job a proper job would have been done. And yes I wasn't satisfied because when I opted for the option  if a discount for the tire your employee wouldn't compromise with me at all. I already purchased a tire because of the negligence at your shop and was turned out for a discount. At this point a discount is unneeded however the fact that I had to pay Full price because of your employee is why this claim is being made in the first place.   In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

Review: I went to Earl's Tire shop to get a plug on one of my tires that had a flat. The night before I put air in my air and when I realized that air was coming out I said I as going to get it plugged. The next day I drove 3 blocks to earls to have it plugged. I got there and Malcolm ( the owner's brother) took off my tire and Gave it to Sean you proceeded to put the air in the tire. While sitting inside the shop a loud noise happens and automatically I know it's my tire. Sean over inflated my tire for lack of not paying attention to his job and then went out and told Malcolm whatever story. Not even wanting to replace my tire they asked to pay for it because the tire had a bubble and any amount of air would have made it burst which NOT accurate because the night before I put air by myself at a gas station. I had to go and pay for another used tire because they didn't want to take fault for job that was so hard as to watch inflate a tire. And they weren't willing to negotiate with me to even take money off of a used tire after they damaged mine.Desired Settlement: I WANT 60 DOLLARS FOR HAVING TO TO TO ANOTHER TIRE SHOP TO HAVE THEM REPLACE THE TIRE THAT SEAN DAMAGED
