Hello [redacted]. My response to this complaint is that the customers statement is accurate but incomplete.  I have ZERO complaints with the the Revdex.com because I try to resolve any issues before it ever reaches the Revdex.com.As is the case with this issue I tried to solve it with the customer. I...

explained that I had an investor back out on me and that I was no longer able to transport her goods to Utah because at this time I did not have the money and was unable to pay to transport her goods for her.I was evicted from my warehouse and took along her goods into my personal storage at my own cost.  I let her know IT WOULD NOT BE ABLE for me to transport her goods because I could not financially do it.I gave her the option of hiring another company to transport her goods to Utah at her own cost.  I told her that I would financially reimburse her over time for the money she paid me upfront. She suggested I get a title loan against my car and ship her items.  If it were even possible I would get a title loan against my car but as the car is not mine and not paid for it's impossible to get a loan. As such you can tell from my Revdex.com history that I try and solve problems.  I offered her the best solution I had for her.  I even gave her the option to continue to store her items with me free of charge until I could ship them or she changed her mind and paid another company to take them. She mentions a lack of honor, but this is only true in reference to delivery.  I feel that I have been honorable to the best of my abilities considering all the circumstances.  As I'm sure [redacted] you know what horrors happen in the Moving industry and I'm sure it is evident that what I have proposed is my best possible solution. I understand it's less than ideal for the customer but it's the only available solution to me at this time.  It's also less than ideal to get a complaint on my Revdex.com report for a handful of items but this is the reality of the situation.  The Revdex.com is a tool for the customer to use when they usually have no options or the company doesn't respond.  She was presented with all the company's plausible options that she rejected and in return proposed I get a title loan.  I promise both you and her that the last thing I want on my Revdex.com report is a complaint but this does not change the reality of the situation.  As I have mentioned I will continue to store her items free of charge at my own personal cost until I can A)ship them B)she picks them up.  My offer to reimburse her over time is still available.  This is the best I can do right now.  I'm sorry that I can't immediately deliver them but once again this is the way it has to be unless she chooses one of the options I've presented her.As much as I regret it, there is nothing that this complaint can change.  I do my very best to live up to my promises, and "honor" my agreements.  Her options still remain the same ones I originally gave her.  I would happily ship her items if she wanted to pay for my costs, and then reimburse her those costs for a net zero but I don't believe that option is one she would like. I can also use other forms such as uship.com but can't guarantee they won't damage any items.  If she's willing to waive damages then this might be a possible option.  This was not one of my options as damaged items are worse than stored items.

Review: I employed Early Bird Moving & Storage in March of 2015 to assist with my move to [redacted], Utah. I was very excited to hear that they had a storage feature along with moving. I had them come and do an estimate which included packing for $1000. I was told that they would be transporting my belongings when they had a trip in the proximity of [redacted]. It is now almost August. There has been no trip close to [redacted] nor does John [redacted]e say that their is going to be one as he had "an investor back out" and can not afford to move my things. He suggested that I hire another company. Boy, how's that for professionalism? This is not honorable at all!Desired Settlement: I would like my belongings delivered within the next 30 days or less.
