We did not send the course back for you to sign anything.  It was sent back to complete and provide your registry Id.  If you paged through the course you would find that a whole page was missing.  We had to  pay extra postage to send your course back to you twice.  We stand by our policy as it was clearly stated in your course.

I did not ask to have the fee waived because I was a good customer. I was simply stating that I should not be paying a fee when the notes on the packet were not clear. I also noted the original note was not clear. I never indicated that because I was a good customer I should not have to pay. I was stating I have never had any issues with packets in the past ten years. Not one packet has ever been mailed back to me for additional information. I should not be paying because of all of the issues the business has had with others and because the note should have been clear that I missed a page.  If I knew I was being asked to do anything other than sign the sheet and add the id number I would have done so. It cost me additional money to continue to mail items also.

The course that [redacted] submitted was missing information necessary to submit her course for a certificate of completion.  She did not provide her registry Id and also did not complete a whole page in the course.  The note on the front of the course indicated she needed to complete,...

provide her registry Id and return.  She sent the course back the second time without completing the course.  We sent it back a second time with another note stating she needed to complete page 29.  There is also a statement in the course, on the signature page, that clearly (underlined) states that we will charge a resubmission fee if we have to send courses back a second time for missing information or because it is incomplete.  To my knowledge she did not pay a $10 fee instead she sent a note wanting the fee waived because she is a good customer and didn't understand the process. It is clearly stated in the course. To my knowledge she did not pay $130 for this course.  She paid $120.  We gave her a deadline because we do not send courses back a third time. We do not give special treatment or waive policies based on someone stating they are a good customer.  We feel that all of our customers are good customers whether they purchase one course or several courses.  We enforce our policies consistently.[redacted]
