Zelle. I bank with Truist in Ocala, Florida. Zelle USED TO BE A PRETTY GOOD way to send money. Something better than Zelle needs to be used to send money securely. THIS COMPANY, EARLY WARNING SERVICES NEEDS TO GET A RELIABLE PLATFORM RATHER THAN ZELLE. On top of that Truist uses Zelle with ZERO accountability for using a really bad way to send money. I have NOW BEEN ON HOLD WITH ZELLE FOR 24 MINUTES.
