Review: I placed an order for 6 items (order # 2104) from this company on 3/22/13. I was told that delivery would be in ~ 3 weeks. I have called back every week or two since that time to check on status of the order. I did not receive anything until July, 2013. The two items that I received were damaged at the time of delivery. I called Early Wheel on Aug 2, 2013 and talked to the order taking person and requested that they replace the two items. I received a phone message from the Jason (the owner) stating that he would replace the two damaged wheels that I had received. I called back to discuss with him, but was never able to talk to him. I was told that they were working with UPS on a claim and would send them, along with the remaining four items the next week. I have called back every week or two since August and have been told that they will be sent as soon as possible. On November 1st I notified them that I wanted a refund. On November 15th I sent an email to Jason to inform him that since they could not send me my ordered items in 8 plus months, I wanted a refund. I also called Bear Metal Kustoms (the parent company for Early Wheel Company) in an attempt to talk to Jason. I was unable to reach him, but told the person who answered that wanted to talk to Jason but I have not heard anything from him to this date.Desired Settlement: Since this company has been unable to send the items that I ordered nine months ago, I want them to refund my $317.38

Review: On July 24,2013 I ordered some wheels from Early Wheel. For 3 months, I called them approximately every 2 weeks looking for my wheels. I was very patient in listening to their excuses why they didn't have my wheels made. After approximately the end of 3 months I requested a refund of my $525.08. I get excuses time and again about why my refund did not go through. I asked for a check to be mailed to me and then there would be no excuses for the credit not going through. I was told OK, as of today aproximately 2 weeks after the agreement to send me a check, I have not recieved the check. I always encounter the same person on the phone, that I do not know his name. Jayson seems to be the main person at Early Wheel. If I ask for Jayson, he is with a customer or if I call back in an hour, he has gone to the hardware store and will call me, to which I have not gotten a call.!Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my $525.08 back as soon as possible. It has been almost 4 1/2 months and I have no wheels and don't have my money.

We have been experiencing parts supply issues from our suppliers. All of our wheels are hand built for each customer. At the present time we have been having issues getting the wheel hoops that we need to build the wheels. We only use American made parts. Several other companies have switched over to chinese imported parts but we chose not to do that and are trying to find alternate sources in the US. We have been refunding customers that do not wish to wait for the parts to arrive. I understand the frustration of waiting for the wheels. We are extremely frustrated with the situation also. It is much easier to deal with a happy customer then an upset one.. I did send out a check and thought this was taken care of. I was not informed of the recent calls by my employee and will take care of that situation as well. I will contact complaintent and resolve issue..
