The company advertised a current product fully refurbished and a non functioning product was delivered. The company ignored my request for an authorized return confirmation number within the 30 day guaranteed return period then claimed my return was not sent in time to receive a refund. The product was non functioning when received.
Phone calls to request a return confirmation number were ignored as well as emails which were both identified as the return protocol. This company misrepresents the products and does not adhere to their return guidelines stated in their advertisements
This isn't true. We received an email at 7:16PM last night (August 5th) and a return label for a refund was sent today at 11:11AM. No other communication has happened and we certainly did not tell anyone that it was too late to return an item. Thanks
