Review: What was in early December 2015, I was driving towards the Citgo gas station (5220 Clairton Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15236) and I was going to buy a Powerball lottery ticket. On the front part of their building above the front entrance and also on the side of the Citgo, they have 2 different signs that say/advertise that they sell lottery tickets + also sell lottery for the Pennsylvania lottery (see attachment). When I got inside the Citgo, I asked the man who worked there that I would to buy some Powerball lottery tickets. He informed me that they no longer sell lottery tickets. He apologized to me that the Pennsylvania lottery signs were still up on the front + side of the building and he said to me they are supposed to take down the 2 lottery signs that say they sell the lottery tickets there at that Citgo. At least 7 weeks went by and the same Citgo has not removed their 2 Pennsylvania lottery signs from the front of their building and the side of their Citgo gas station building that disply that they still sell lottery tickets, yet don't. I went there again today, January 30, 2016, to see if by chance they had changed and now do sell lottery tickets. This time, it was a woman employee at the same Citgo gas station. She informed me that they no longer sell lottery tickets at that location. The front of the Citgo + the side of the Citgo gas station say they sell/advertise that they sell lottery tickets. They no longer sell any lottery tickets there. Why are the 2 Pennsylvania lottery signs removed from the front + side of the Citgo building on the outside? I understand they no longer sell lottery tickets at their Citgo. What I don't understand is they have not removed both lottery signs from their outside building that appears that they do sell lottery tickets. The 2 lottery signs from the top of their building, 1 on the front, 1 on the side, needs removed at once! That is false adverising! They claim they sell lottery tickets when they don't.Desired Settlement: I am asking the Western Pennsylvania Revdex.com/Pittsburgh Revdex.com tell the Citgo gas station to remove their 2 Pennsylania lottery signs from the outside of their building since they no longer sell lottery tickets.
