06/30/15 Took my lab Bella in for vomiting blood & passing blood in her stool. Dr. [redacted] didn't really provide me any answers as to why my dog was doing this. Dr. [redacted] did offer a 24 observation for $500 which I declined, bc I monitored Bella fine at home. Dr. [redacted] sent us on our way, never preformed or even offered us blood work. Dr. [redacted] told us to hold Bella's food for another 24 hours which would have put her at 48 hours without eating. Dr. [redacted] said if she wasn't better in 24 hours then to bring Bella back in 48 hours. I wasn't satisfied & took Bella to a 2nd vet & called Scenic hills back & spoke to Dr. [redacted] who argued the whole visit. Dr. [redacted] stated she offered those services to me, that I declined & that is NOT TRUE! Dr. [redacted] never offered me those services.I asked Dr. [redacted] for a refund of the services, because she didn't really treat my dog. I feel as if I would NOT have taken Bella to a 2nd vet, she wouldn't have survived. Scenic Hills only cares about the money apparently!!
