Well, portions of that letter are true but, unfortunately, portions are not. [redacted] did not meet with me as requested, I happen to see him outside and went out to talk with him. It was after our first encounter that I was requesting to meet with him again via phone calls to no avail.Had he took the time to meet with me chances are I would not have contacted the Revdex.com.I am not satisfied with his ideal of a resolution. That particular employee has been the one returning to my home and continues to do poor work, completely missing portions of my lawn. The main issue is the portions of my lawn that are literally just dirt, no grass what so ever, I have been forced to view this muddy mess since June, my summer ruined, parties and picnics and bonfires canceled. I want my lawn back. Not next year, or the year after that. I feel the problem should have been fixed immediately, if that meant re sodding my yard, so be it. On 6/18/15, Mrs. [redacted]’ lawn was treated as part of our Fertilization & Weed Control Service. The treatment consisted ofa granular slow release fertilizer and liquid herbicide to kill weeds. As soon as we learned about the damage to Mrs.[redacted]’ lawn, I immediately visited the damaged lawn. I...

did not speak directly with Mrs. [redacted] on my first visit. At first, we were unable to determine the cause of the damage so I called our vendor. Our vendor came into town andlooked at the damaged lawn. He informed us that the batch of liquid herbicide had been mixed incorrectly and that thelawn should come back if it was watered.I then stopped back a second time to visit with Mrs. [redacted] as she requested. I notified her of why it happened andinformed her to water it and it should come back. I also mentioned that if the affected areas didn't come back that wewould take care of the situation and make things right. To compensate Mrs. [redacted] for the inconvenience we offered her a free year of service for the 2016 season (a $200value) along with a free aeration in the fall of 2015 (a value of $75). This was communicated via a letter we sent to Mrs.[redacted].Mrs. [redacted] called about a month after the incident and spoke to [redacted] who said that we would do the right thingand make the situation right in the event that the lawn did not come back.Mrs. [redacted] again called and spoke with [redacted]. [redacted] assured Mrs. [redacted] that we would remedy the situation andtold Mrs. [redacted] that we would use an Over-Seeding machine in the affected areas once conditions where ideal whichwas likely to be mid to late September. As you can see, we have had plenty of communication with Mrs. [redacted] on over 5 different occasions. We’ve apologizedto Mrs. [redacted] several times and have compensated her for her troubles. We have also made it clear that we are abusiness with high integrity and that we plan on doing the right thing and fixing the damage that we caused. Onceconditions allow, we fully intend on repairing the damage by over-seeding the affected areas. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at the contact information below.Warm regards,[redacted] – PresidentEarth Development, Inc.Phone: 920

To whom it may concernAs of 9/14/15, the affected areas of Mrs. [redacted] lawn have been overseeded. With proper care on behalf of Mrs. [redacted] (ensuring proper watering), the areas that were affected will grow new grass. We, along with most lawn care professionals, believe the fall is the best time to plant new grass. The warm days and cool nights are ideal for growth.  We will not be sodding the affected areas of Mrs. [redacted] lawn because it will not look good and is not an accepted practice in our industry.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Well, portions of that letter are true but, unfortunately, portions are not. [redacted] did not meet with me as requested, I happen to see him outside and went out to talk with him. I requested, and was told by both [redacted] and [redacted] that the employee who destroyed my lawn would not be coming back to my home, for further assurance, I was told it was put in thier computer that he was not to come here. [redacted] himself told me he had insurance and had already contacted them. Is it because he does not want to make a claim that I am forced to deal with this? I feel I have been very kind and understanding regarding this situation, I am at a loss as to what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
