I met with the owner of Earth Electric, Pete F* on Friday, June 8, He looked at the job I needed done and committed to starting work at 7am the following MondayHe estimated the work to be between $and $Although I thought that seemed high, I agreed and expected to see Pete on Monday morningAt around 8am on Monday morning, I texted Pete to see if he was delayedIt was only at that time that Pete informed me that he had received a large contract for a restaurant and that he wouldn't be able to do the work we agreed on
During our exchange, the owner, Pete F*, made a number of excuses, to include lack of permits, competing priorities, and that he was just trying to squeeze my job inNone of this, of course, was mentioned during our meeting on FridayIn fact, Pete mentioned that although permits were required, he could probably get away with not having them, since in his opinion, the Cocoa Beach building inspector didn't know what he was doing, and wouldn't notice the outlets close to the pool
My first impression of Earth Electric was great, which is why we went with them in the first placeI would caution, however, that they have no idea how to service a customer and keep commitmentsIf I could give negative stars, I wouldStay away!

I hired Earth Electric to replace a breaker panel in my houseThe technician was supposed to be at my house by 8:amHe didnt get there until after 11:After looking at the panel he said my water heater would have to come out first and he was going to call a plumberI walked outside to tell him I could have it out before a plumber even got here and found him sitting in his truck cooking drugs in a spoonI immediately kicked him off of my property and then called the owner of the company and had to leave a voice mailHe called me back apologizing profuselyAll in all they might be a good company but after this experience I would not recommend them to anyone that I know
