Review: The manager (owner?) of Earth First, Bill L[redacted], came to our home to confirm the damage to our grass . It was previously diagnosed as cinch bug infestation by the technician Steve who sprayed our lawn. On September 5 my husband took pictures of brand new grass that had died. He sent them to Fisher & Son who are professional turf and horticultural suppliers of fertilizers, control products and seed. They replied that it is a fungus for sure and need Heritage G - ASAP. Bill confirmed to both my husband and myself that we did have fungus and since it was late in the season he would aerate and reseed out entire lawn in a week or so after we had some rain to soften the soil. I also showed him that we had grub damage. Ten days passed and we did have some rain, but Earth First never came. I called three times between 9/19/14 and 10/8/14 and left messages. No one answered the phone. On 10/8/14 I called again and left a message that I would contact the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from someone by 5:00 p.m. I did not receive a phone call.

We did not treat our lawn for the fungus or grubs ourselves because we were promised by Bill that his company would take care of it and make it right. It is now too late for us to plant grass seed to fill in all of the bare places from the fungus and grubs.

This is the second year that we have had Earth First service our lawn. We paid for suppression of weeds, insects, disease and PH leveling in the Spring, Summer & Fall in 2013 and Spring and Summer in 2014.Desired Settlement: We want our lawn aerated, seeded and treated for grubs.

Review: Lawn service that did not complete year's prepaid contract for lawn care. Does not answer phone or answer messages. we paid $343.44 for the year and never received last two treatments.Desired Settlement: $171.72 (the balance of our account)
