Earth Green has been installing fences of all types for the past 15 years and never heard of such a ridiculous complaint or any complaint for a matter of fact.  If in fact this person wasn't satisfied with the work why did he wait 10 years to contact us.  Cedar or any wood fences will...

weather, warp and change in many ways due to decomposition of the materials.  Our company and no other fence supplier or installer would offer a lifetime warranty on a wood fence product, even though this person has a hand written "lifetime warranty", by someone (not anyone connected with Earth Green,  at the bottom of the original contract of 2005.  We and other fence contractors do a lot of fence maintenance on wood fences that are in this age range and replace many shortly thereafter.  I have suggested to this person that it may be time to hire a handyman to take care of any minor issues he has with his fence.  Again to reiterate there is and never will be by anyone, including Earth Green, who will warrant cedar wood for more than a year if even that.
