Review: I paid $190 to have an eave sprayed where wasps were congregating. Two hours later, the wasps were happily congregating at the same spot. The spray was completely ineffective. The technician said the spray would deter the wasps from coming to the spot but it had NO effect. I called and left messages several times but the business never returned my call. $190 is a lot of money to spend on something that is completely ineffective.Desired Settlement: $190 refund.

at the time of the job before my technician called me [redacted] (field supervisor) stating that this particular customer wanted only essentria ic3 insecticide which was fine. but was calling to let me know that because he had informed the customer that it would be only a contact kill with no residual confidence. we have numerous products on all of our service trucks for treating wasps around structures and do several wasp job on all of our existing accounts at every service.the product we had used was not our first choice for treatment. Miss Colleen insisted that we use the essentria ic3 because she stated that all of the other products had unknown effects long term.we performed the service with the essentria ic3 as it is labeled for wasp treatments and as Miss [redacted] stated this is the only product she wanted my technician to use.$190 is our standard initial fee for yearly maintanence. $225-$250 are our 1-shot prices which she was only charged $190 for a one shot for that matter.please contact me if any more information is needed ###-###-#### or at [redacted]. also if Miss sweeney would like us to return for a second service it would only be $70 for retreats as all of our bimonthly customer pay. thank you for the opportunity to respond. Company states anytime pesticide is applied on the property the ins and outs has to be explained. What the active ingredients are and they have to know everything about it. She wanted chemical that would deter but wanted it all natural. We do have all natural but those products do not deter after the fact. It goes away fast because it is natural. She specifically told my technician that she did not want any of the conventional synthetic man made chemicals. She told the technician to use the natural product. She signed the paper and walked into the house. There is no cost difference to use either or and so we basically let them know what chemicals are for what. As far as natural and synthetic we let them make that choice. She only wanted the one time service. She objected to the other use of the pesticides.
