Earth Renovation Construction Company Reviews (7)

Mr [redacted] did some backyard work on my house and he stated that the pavers and patio material had a lifetime warranty as long as I own the houseI have contacted Mr [redacted] via phone, text and email with no responseI have had issues from the time he said the project was completeThere is cracks between the pavers where the sand he put down does not cover the paversThere is grass growing between the pavers and of the pavers is crackedHe used a vendor to put up my patio cover and I need them to come out to fix the cover however I do not know which company he used which he also told me I had a lifetime warranty with them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As you can see from the screenshot and attachments that Mr [redacted] has provided, I never once said that it was installed incorrectlyI said that due to the rain, it was coming down and missing up my woodI wanted the vendor information so that I can ask them how much it would be to make the whole backyard a solid patio which Mr [redacted] refused to provide the name of the vendor. When Mr [redacted] provided his estimate, he verbally stated that the pavers had a lifetime warrantyI asked him this several times and he said not to worry that he honors his workAfter installing the pavers, the sand that he laid down never adhered on the entire backyardThey came out once and he refused to answer my call againAfter countless attempts, I wanted to know what sand was needed so I can apply it and he refused to reply (as shown in his own screenshots) As I showed in the original complaint that there are cracks between the pavers and even on of the pavers. As far as Mr [redacted] calling [redacted] , if he had actually called them, they would have told him that the HOA maintains and water the front and sides of the house not the homeownersThere has not been a time where it was dying prior to them working on my backyard and he offered to replace it but never did(also showed on the screenshots that he provided) I was fined and have requested a copy of the fine from the HOA and bank and will attach as soon as I get itI was going to have him come do the rest of my side patio and told him about the fine because it would be a concern if they did work on it againAsk for as I am concerned, he is not honoring his end of the deal and since he was my brother-in-law's friend, I took him on his word that he would repair anything that was wrong.? ? ? Regards, [redacted] **

Mr** made a request for me to come out 1/20/because he had concerns with his patio cover and rain water was coming his open lattice. When we installed the patio cover he wanted half to be solid and half to be open lattice Due to the heavy rain in January he had regrets about the
open lattice and claimed that the patio was incorrectly installed (Screen shoot of text provided)Upon inspection, we found the patio was correctly installed per manufacturers specs and rain water was going through open lattice was and suggested to Mr**, that he installed gutters for his house. He asked us to installed gutters for him and I told him gutters for patios and gutters for homes are different and he would need to hire a gutter specialist for his house (Screen shoot of text provided) Upon inspection of pavers: Pavers are installed with polymeric sand, which has a glue adhesive. There are required maintenance overtime and needs to be applied once sand is gone. Unfortunately, after heavy rains in January a few portions the sand has came out. Mr** demanded that we replace it and said he had a "Lifetime Warranty" Attached is the entire written agreement for Mr**. Please note that the written agreement **es not state any "Lifetime Warranty" Mr** also made a complaint that his he was fined huge by his homeowners association because his grass was dying in the front yard and demanded we replace all of it due to us walking on it to access backyard. His grass was already dying to lack of water but we kindly replaced it for him. Upon replacement we contacted *** *** *** association and spoke to *** at *** to see if everything was Ok. She mention that he was never fined and this shows a lack of integrity by Mr** to get free services Any questions don't hesitate to let me know.***
