Response taken over the phone: We completed the job on 8/and to our knowledge this complaint is resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me pending satisfactory completion of the work as it has not happened yet. Please be advised that this is the first I have seen a written or verbal plan of action to address the issue. Much appreciated. Would like advance notice of the work occurring in order to review the areas of concern with a rep from the company to make sure all areas are addressed

will need a reasonable notice when the company intends to show up to do this work. I am planning on NOT being here so that the Earth Road company has no contact with myself. Obviously it is better for all parties concerned to proceed this way. After the work is done I will drop my complaint. Thank you.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised they are willing to come and seal the consumer driveway. However, if any threats are made the company will leave the property due to prior threats made to company and its employees.

I received a letter from the company president today.  My reply will be mailed to them tomorrow with the following response(s).  I told them that the original contract paperwork could not be found and that I would agree to waiting until next spring to complete the work...

contracted.  We are in our winter residence until April 2017 and it is difficult to say the least to try to find paperwork that is 1,900 miles away.  I also told them I expect to have everything completed ASAP and would hold them to their promise of being "first" in line next spring or be reported again to the Revdex.com.I have nothing more to add to what will be a "wait and see" situation.  I/we do not wish to pursue this matter any longer.  They have one more chance to get it right!Please close the file on this issue. [redacted]
