I love the fulvic minerals and wish they could keep more in stock! They've got the best prices and some of the best superfoods I've ever found. Highly recommended.

1)      The customer emailed us on Saturday morning requesting a refund; our business...

is operated out of a fully staffed commercial building, yet business hours are M-F 8-5pm PST.  We promptly replied to the customer on Monday morning providing the details of product return instructions – apparently the customer did not receive this email, as they contacted us again several days later, upon which date we immediately assisted them with the return of goods, and immediate product credit.
 
2)      The customer alleged that we were fraudulently representing our product as a leading brand – this was based on a phone call the customer placed to the leading brand (who is the manufacturer, and whom we are an authorized distributor for).  Because of a clerical error on the part of that brand/manufacturer to accurately document our company name in their records, the customer received incorrect information.  The company has edited their records to avoid future confusion, and has also issued a letter confirming that Earth Shift Products is an authorized distributor of OptiMSM® brand product.  The letter has also been sent to Revdex.com.
 
3)      The customer reported that based on trying the product, it was low quality and/or defective.  We promptly inspected and tested our inventory of the exact lot of product sent to the customer, and found it dissolved rapidly and completely, contrary to the customers report.  We also contacted the product manufacturer and they reported there have been no quality reports or exceptions on the lot in question, and that it is a conforming lot.  Finally, we tested the returned product we received from the customer, and once again found it dissolved rapidly and completely, contrary to the customer’s report.  We are unable to confirm the customers allegation of un-dissolved “junk” in the returned lot of OpitMSM® product.
 
4)      Upon receipt and testing of the returned product from the customer, we wrote the customer an email explaining in detail the misunderstanding in confirming distributor status at the manufacturer, and the details of our test result on the returned product.  We offered in the email correspondence to continue to work with the customer to determine why they allegedly observed non-dissolving particles ( “junk” ).  The email we sent was returned undeliverable (sent to the email address in the customer’s account record).  We then forwarded the email to the customers email address supplied by Revdex.com, but we have received no response to date.

neither were delivered, rather another unrelated product was sent, without any
reason…along with an invoice stating the charge for the original 2 products ordered.

I was a customer of Earthshiftproducts.com for about 7 years, spending about $5K a year on products. That is, until November of last year (2017). Their customer service rep, screwed me on return shipping charges, because they shipped me a duplicate item. What the? No matter what I explained to this guy, he wouldn't credit me the return shipping cost. That did it. I have not purchased from them since and I don't plan to ever purchase from them again. No matter what hype they give about their products, the products are no better than what you can get at other reputable stores. In fact, I have since found organic raw nuts that are much better than their brand and every other product I used to purchase can be found the equal or better quality at a lower cost. So, don't be fooled with their hype that no other products are as good as theirs.

I absolutely LOVE this company, and these products. I watch a lot of Dr. Cassar's videos, and he is a walking talking example of the kind of vitality and health I wish to achieve in my own world. I trust any product he recommends, and having price shopped around, he absolutely has THE BEST products, at the best prices. I have ordered from them several times, and every time it is like Christmas when I receive my package. Every item is always amazing! I am fasting right now, following his protocols and using all his products and I have never had an easier fast! This company is a blessing to the world. I want all my friends turned on to this!
