First, I would like to state that I never received a "First" notice, and only received the second notice at 12:pm on June the 10th For the record, my company has been in business for almost years now and has never, not ever, had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com nor a charge back from any bank, credit union, or other institution issuing credit cardsMy company is and has always been based on integrity, honesty, transparency, and good business practices, as well as providing excellent customer service unlike what the person complaining would like you to believeBut this is not about customer serviceI appreciate that the Revdex.com wants to hear both sides, and with the exhibits I have attached I think that you will come to understand that this complaint has no meritPer Exhibit "A" - Ms [redacted] started this error and her bank contributed to it by allowing the charge to go through with an "unknown" and "unverified" billing and shipping addressExhibit "A-1" shows the address on her invoice and the address the product was shipped toThe product was shipped timely to the address provided on May 16th as is shown in Exhibit "D"I was first contacted the evening of the 22nd by Ms [redacted] , but am not on my computer 24/so received the email the morning of the 23rd, wherein I followed up immediatelyI contacted the company who manufacturers and drop ships for me and they tracked it and it was in fact "delivered" on the 18th to the address providedI sent the tracking number to Ms [redacted] see Exhibit "B"Then a series of phone calls, or maybe I should say volley of calls began, I asked her what she wanted me to do and she wanted her money refunded immediatelyAsked her whose address it was, and had she used someone else's credit card? First, she wanted product shipped to her at my cost, then she wanted a refund, then she said she would go to my manufacturer and have them ship the product to her, which would not happen since it is a custom blendI then informed her I would not refund nor ship anything else until the product was returned and shipping would be deducted from the amount that would be refundedThen I told her no more phone calls(Eventually I also had to block her emails.) I then sent Ms [redacted] an email memorializing what I had stated and what I had discussed with her on the phone, it is dated May and marked at Exhibit "C" - please see page where she begins to threaten meThen see page for my responseAt this point I told her to stop phoning me as it was bordering on harassmentPlease note from first day of contact this is only day two, and on day three she was refundedI then tracked the package again at 6:am see if there was any movement, see Exhibit "D" to find out an honest resident of that unit had returned it to the postal service and it was being returnedI sent an email to Ms [redacted] stating that upon receipt I would issue a refund less shipping cost of $I was informed on the morning of 25th of May by my manufacturer that they had received the package and I issued a refund in the amount of $to Ms [redacted] see Exhibit "E"While all the above was in play this woman went to my Face Book Business Page and stared to defame me personally and my business, wherein I reported her to Face Book and the post was immediately removed for harassment and legal reasonsThen she ran around accusing me of "fraudulent business practices" to all who will listen and then filed this frivolous complaint /report with the Revdex.comPlease also note that to date I have yet to hear anything from her bank nor my bank regarding a charge backMs [redacted] needs to review the definition of "fraud" - "A representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury." In the mean time, she fails to tell any of you that she created the problem (A representation of a matter of fact), which she had several opportunities to catch the mistake that she made When the copy of the invoice was automatically emailed to her from my web site, it clearly shows the address and When the mailing label was printed she would have also received an email showing the shipping address, wherein should could have contacted me regarding the errorInstead she would love the Revdex.com and others to believe that I am not an upstanding, honest, and longtime business person who does her best at customer service, even with people as unreasonable as her, she would lead you to believe that after being in business for almost years I am going to do anything that would in any way constitute "fraud" over a $transaction - hardly when I have a mid-sized successful companyNone of the foregoing of how I handled this situation, in any way, represents "fraud", not in substance, form, nor in truthAs a longtime business person, I did the necessary steps to completionI did the investigation, I provided the customer with the tracking and what had happened, I spent several hours of my valuable time figuring out what this customer had created, reported back to her, and then informed her what I would doSo, having now stated the foregoing with Exhibits attached, I would ask that you please dismiss this frivolous complaint immediately and expunge it from my clean recordAs for Ms [redacted] ***, I have copied my two attorneys on this correspondence, I might also ad I am a paralegal and I have a copy of what she also posted on FB, she might want to consider her own actions as there are consequences to this kind of reporting and posting of slanderous and fraudulent statements on Face Book as wellI look forward to your anticipated positive & timely response

But this is not about customer service.
