I USED SOFT & SMOOTH GENTLE PEELING FOOT MASK.
I USED IT JUST LIKE THE BOX SAID. NOT A MINUTE LONGER.SO FAR MY FEET HAVE PEELED 3 LAYERS OF SKIN OFF. MY FEET LOOK LIKE THEY ARE BURNT AND HURT WHEN I WALK ON THEM. ITS ONLY BEEN ONE WEEK AND I SEE NO STOPPING TO THIS PEELING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT EVER AGIN.
IT HAS LEFT SORES ON THE TOP OFF MY FEET AND MADE THEM BRIGHT RED. WHEN I READ THE BOX AND IT SAID ALPHA HYDROXY ACID COMPLEX WAS IN IT, I SHOULD OF JUST PUT IT BACK. ITS NOT WORTH ALL THE PAIN... THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. FEET ARE SWOLLEN CANT WEAR SHOES

Review: I bought 2 of their Dream Zone sleep masks #RX6065. The first night my spouse and I used them we woke up to bluish purple stains on our sheets. For some reason, we didn't put it together with the mask causing the problem. I was upset and tried to clean the sheets, but the stain was very permanent and so I threw the nice 500 count sheets away and bought new ones. A week later the stain was on our sheets again. This time I noticed that the stain was the exact shape of the purple side of the sleep mask. I was wondering how it got there, then I realized that what happens is during the night the mask will fall off our face, we will lay on it and that is how the stain gets there. I took pictures of the 2 stains (keep in mind these stains are large and not something that can be hidden.) I contacted the company, sent the pictures and waited for a response. For 4 days I heard nothing. It was not until I said I would tweet, and blog about this situation that they contacted me. They told me that they sent the information to their "product services" department and they would get back to me. I had asked for $120.00. That is the cost of 2 sheet sets and the cost of 2 masks. 3 days later they emailed me and said they tried a "test:"of the product and could find no issues! They dabbed the mask in water for a second and put it on a white piece of paper, and nothing happened. I then told them exactly how the stains got on the sheets and that it had nothing to do with water. But it was pressure of our bodies, and at least 2 hours of time for this to happen. I have heard nothing back and it has been 2 weeks. I tried contacting them again, and nothing. I do not believe I was asking to much, this obviously is a very defective product and this situation needs to be addressed.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and a check for $120.00.

Review: Received one of their brushes for Christmas, bristles are already falling out and holder of the bristles collapsed! It is light wood. I have contacted the company several times about the bad product.Desired Settlement: Replace the brush.
