I am moving and when I called [redacted] to set up my new account they transferred me to Allconnect to take care of my [redacted] account as wellThe lady I spoke to talked very fast and I told her I just wanted the same plan (internet 50/only), no upgrades etcThe phone call itself took at least minutes to answer her questions over and over trying to sell me a bigger planNO! I said over and over Once I got a confirmation email it had me upgraded to TV, 100/and phoneFirst I called [redacted] and they had no record of this orderThen I called Allconnect to get it straight, the lady said I would get a confirmation phone call that the correct changes were madeDay later, no call and when I checked my order it said in red letters, "on hold"Since I need my service soon, I decided To go on my [redacted] account and take care of it, took all of minutes at the mostThen I called Allconnect to cancel that order with themI was not happy with the service or follow up and it took so much time out of my day to deal with themI don't know why [redacted] partners with them, they are not efficient

A few days ago I transferred my PG&E service to Petaluma CA, and at the end of the call the PG&E representative asked if he could transfer me to Allconnect for additional service options I said yes and was given a sales pitch to switch my phone and ISP service to Comcast or another large operation The Allconnect salesman told me that I could not just keep Sonic as my ISP because they did not serve Petaluma Luckily, I smelled a rat and ended the conversation because when I checked directly with Sonic I learned that the Allconnect guy had flat lied to me and that Sonic does serve Petaluma Beware!

I went through the same experience as others are posting hereI called my power company to transfer service and they referred me to AllConnectThey provided the service of transferring other utilitiesI was supposed to get service in my new house on a Friday, but the Wednesday before I get a notification that I was not there for installI am 100% sure the date was Friday, because we had talked about it being the Friday before xmas weekend and I had coworkers that had already taken off workSo I had my fiance set aside her day to be at the home on FridayAlso they were supposed to keep me on the same plan, but they changed from my $plan to a $plan without telling meThey also signed me up for home security system even though I specifically said I did not want itThis company does nothing but try to up sell you on products you do not want and then fail to even follow through on what they sayThis is a terrible service that does nothing but try to overcharge you and ends up wasting much of your timeBeware doing business with themI am sure their customer relations person is going to come along and give the same canned response to this message as the restIf you deal with this company you will regret it, but you probably already know that if you are on their Revdex.com page

By transferring my internet services with AllConnect my internet bill was somehow doubled. Allconnect signed me up for packages without telling me and I had to call my ISP, cancel and start a new plan. Allconnect did not save me either time or money.

Like many of the complainants here, I was under the impression that I was still speaking with my utility company when I was transferred to Allconnect, and was not aware that I was giving my information to a third party until I received the email confirmation. I find this practice extremely distasteful. However, much worse than that is the phone call I received less than 30 minutes after signing up for an internet plan through Allconnect. This call came from an unrelated business (neither Allconnect nor Comcast) phishing for my SSN. White Pages has this number flagged for heavy spam activity. The caller knew my name, phone number, and the name of the plan I had signed up for. I am not sure if Allconnect's security is compromised or if they actively sold my info to this phishing operation, but both are unacceptable. To their credit, customer service told me they will try to find out what happened; however, I feel compelled to warn others about this security risk.

I was not happy with the service or follow up and it took so much time out of my day to deal with them. I don't know why [redacted] partners with them, they are not efficient.
