I ordered a Synergy booster for $87.plus and all I received was a label and I can"t protest online as there seems no site to do it online. So what to do now?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and although they are not being forthright in their claims to be quick in their responses, as they DID NOT respond for MANY days when their email stated that I would hear from them "in two business days", they did finally contact me and refund me quite quickly once I contact Revdex.com and filed a complaint. I have no further business with this company. Thank you for your help.

Hello!I am writing from EarthCalm, Inc...I spoke to you the other day regardinga complaint that was received by the Revdex.com. It is in regards to ID#12029143.We feel very sorry that our customer, [redacted], did not feel that wecommunicated with her in a timely fashion, as we place our...

relationshipwith our customers at the highest level of priority.Part of the problem in this case, we believe, is that Ms. [redacted] requesteda return RMA through our automated online system, and there tends to be aday or two of a lag from when it is requested, to when we approve therequest and send the instructions for return. We have attached a thread ofour correspondence with her, detailing when we replied to her request. Wehave several written complaints from her about our lack of response to herprevious inquiries, but have no record of prior emails, or voicemailmessages that would suggest that she were trying to contact us. All of ourcustomer service correspondence is diligently stored in our database, andeasily accessed by us, so we are a bit confused about the timeline of herrequests that she feels were lacking a response. We are also attaching acopy of the refund that we issued to her account on March 14th, 2017.Thank you very much for your review of this matter! We are feeling verysorry that Ms. [redacted] feels like she has had a negative experience with ourreturn process, as we have tried to simplify it to the best of ourabilities.(Please find all attachments at the bottom of this thread)
