We shut the customers service off for non-payment in November of 2015 which initiated the call to our office to determine the reason that the trash was not getting picked up. After being given the reason for not servicing the account the customer instructed us that they wanted to cancel and we scheduled the bin for pickup. The employee that picks up the cart for cancelled customers is instructed to take our cart and its contents when picking them up. If there was trash left at the non-paying customers location it would have been extra material setting outside of our cart. OFFER: We have cancelled the customers service and picked up our cart. We will write off the remaining balance of $87.24 owed by the customer and not pursue in collections. They are still refusing to mention their error in their billing department. I was unable to ever pay my bill on time because I never got a bill because they had the wrong name and address in their system until I made the the girl repeat to me what the spelling and complete address was. The only thing they had correct was the house number and the name of the road and at least the state was correct. City, zip and my name was nowhere near correct. Furthermore their billing information is just completely off and I have my bank statements to prove. So simply they need top correct the fact that if I cancelled my service for a pre pay bill I would not owe them anything. Not satisfied at all. Still saying horrible horrible company. And now they are saying that when they left garbage on the road that "it must have been the customer leaving rubbish outside the can" they are pitiful.
