balance of the semester payments through her charter school were dated February 2017-June 2017, showing the accurate months for Spring Semester. *** was confused about the start date and showed up at class the day following paying the deposit (1/10/17) with two childrenThe day she came to class was during our Fall sessionAlthough unplanned, instructors welcomed her to join in for the day and she stayed with her two children for the class Earthroots deposit policy as posted on our website “If you cancel between and days before the first day of class, there is a $cancelation fee and the balance of any payments will be refundedShe enrolled for Spring semester, which was days from the date of her notice to withdrawEarthroots would be acting within our policy to hold $of ***’s deposit Instead, Earthroots made an exception to our cancellation policy for this situation and generously refunded all but the drop in rate for one child attending a classThe drop in rate is $for one childThis payment was applied to the drop in class dated 1/10/All other funds were returned to *** via Paypal.Earthroots would appreciate *** withdrawing her complaint
