We engaged with the company on our geothermal heating system. They came and told us they can't do anything about it in the first 2 minutes. The technicians then asked me to sign an online service form and left. We were charged a fee for $170.00
We then enquired with a neighbor who also has a geothermal system and had engaged with EarthTech. We were informed that they did exactly the same to them and charged them for coming to their place for 5 minutes.
They tell all their customers that their vendor did a terrible job. The only way they can fix it is by re-installing the entire system. EarthTech systems representative Mark told me that I can make a insurance claim and he can make up my case which didn't sound ethical.
