Service was done by Scott He was very efficient, did an excellent job on a year old toilet The company offered a next day appointment when I called, and he arrived after notifying me that he was on his way This company is handling Frymire customers and handling their service contracts - which is greatly appreciated after their shocking bankruptsy filing

Service tech, Tony, was very professional and considerate He did a thorough check of our existing water heater before determining that we did, in fact, need a new unit as we had suspected Then, he clearly presented all the available options, finally securing a "best price" from Adam which sewed up the deal The completed installation is clean and orderly, and the basic review of operation and maintenance was done at an appropriate pace and with good clarity This was definitely a good service call - we have no complaints

He was on time/before time @ 10a. He knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw it, fixed it and was on his way.

This was my first experience with Earthwise Home Services -Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, who took over my previous provider, Richardson Plumbing. This was an excellent first encounter. Tony P, my technician/representative was patient, attentive and thorough. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did the most compete plumbing evaluation that I have ever had. Earthwise Technician was very prompt courteous and efficient. Though parts had to be ordered he stuck with the job and followed through until I was completely satisfied.

Their sales people lied to try to get my business, sent out a tech who was going to charge me nearly $350 for a part that my normal, reputable HVAC person sold me for $48. This company's business model is to try to mislead consumers, try to sell them new equipment, or failing that charge them inflated prices for parts and labor. Avoid them.
