There are times when the ED is very busy, to facilitate quickly more efficient patient care, we do see patient in the hallThere is no compromise of the care whether patient is in a room or hallWe are sensitive to patient need for privacy and confidentialityStaff is educated speak directly and quietly to the patient and family

I do not accept this statement as an explanation for hiring a company to threaten to garnish my wages and send mail to addresses that are not mineThis facility has never sent any mail to my new address or addresses
I made attempts at paying on the bill after I saw my credit deteriorating due to itThe payments are not possible im a full time student living on my ownThe hired debt collector will not here itIf you go to this hospital pay whatever outrageous bill you are givenThis is my first experience with a collections agency and it is very unpleasant and Ive been threatened with lawsuits and etc
As for the hallway service, I do not see how this could be privateOn this particular day there was security chasing a patient through the hall
I am stuck with this huge bill now, bad credit, and threats from the hired collections thugs and I will not use nor recommend this ER to anyone
