These guys are great. They helped me grow my business and were always helpful whenever I called. Great to do business with.
This company repeatedly called me without my express consent marketing their website and urging me to visit it where I am then offered an opportunity to make a purchase.
I have responded to this 3 times please acknowledge receipt.
To whom it may concern,The
complaint filed is dishonest. There was no purchase, yet the
complainant misrepresents the details in this complaint. He states that
he purchased something on May 6, when he did not. I suppose it is an
attempt to pull the Revdex.com into an unwarranted and dishonest complaint to
pull the Revdex.com into participating in inappropriate harassment. Because if
he had been honest and stated he did not purchase anything, would your
association have given this any attention if he had been honest, in
stating there was no purchaseWe have
called Washington business owners over 378,000 times in the last 3 years
to assure their information on our 74 Washington directories is
accurate, and not once have we received a complaint.I
am including our response made to the complainant who has threatened
and harassed our business in an effort to extort money inappropriately
from our company, as we gave him a free listing like we do to 380,000
other Washington businesses. This is the thanks he gives. I will be
removing all listings for this business tonight at which time the links
in this email to his free listings will no longer work.Regards,Jerry R

I am rejecting this response because:
I will state my complaint again: This company repeatedly called me without my express consent marketing their website and urging me to visit it where I am then offered an opportunity to make a purchase.
Nowhere in my complaint have I said that I purchased anything, because I have not. My complaint is in regard to the numerous calls to me on my private cell phone that in and of themselves constitutes harassment. This is a veiled attempt to induce me to visit your website where products and services, that I have never expressed any need for to you or anyone else, are offered.
