Around the middle of December I received a phone call from [redacted] at EAS. He told me if I did not pay the amount I owed I would be in trouble with the law. He was very rude and didn't care when I told him to stop calling my family. In the meantime, a man named [redacted] was calling my family telling them the same thing and that I had a court date set (which was not true). So after frantic phone calls from my family I called this company and spoke with [redacted]. The company seemed legit and he seemed to know everything I owed and who the original creditor was. I agreed to pay 2 amounts on 2 different dates, however 5 days before the first payment was due the company debited more than what I had agreed and over drafted my account causing me to have unwanted fees and making other payments late. Since the incident I have not been able to get in touch with this company and have left multiple messages, on four different numbers, without one call back.
