Recieved your letter of July on the 15th I tolde ** last year after job completed in August that one of th eblocks was too low becuase it had a huge puddle everytime it rained Also, two blocks next to the house are not draining away from house but puddling and I fear the water weill run into the basement The block under entrance door, I had to fill becuase they did not pour concrete close enough to house and there was a gap the width of the door where water ran in Regarding the block that puddled - I'm assuming the weith of the ice is what caused the six blokc in front of it to crack adn now the cracks are chippingThere must be something he can do to correct it and prevent further damageThe driveway isn't a year old yet I talked with [redacted] about the bubble back in March He was to look at it and driveway and get back to me He did not call I'm needing to pay for bubbler repair So far, the bubbler cover is staying on sicne my son stuck the cover into pipe It is not a permanent solution [redacted]

5/8/15- Since it took over a month to get a reply I've sent complete communication to the Attorney General's office of NYS on 5/I'm awaiting their reply -***
5/18/15- The block EAS is talking about is not United Material's faultConcrete was not level causing the puddle in it It is them same problem along the houseIt is an installations error The blocks in front of the driveway is spalling which could be concrete or installer
