I hired a company out of California green Solar Technologies and they in turn they hired Ray Ortiz of a solar Rich power LLC they were to come out here and started putting my own solar panels on my house that was supposed to get prior approval before they install them they didn't then when that got them installed Empire coming out here and it was they didn't have that was like a $4,more the upgrade and I know that's the reason why he did not do the prior approval cuz he knew it wouldn't be approved they just thought I would pay for it it was like I had to hire an attorney to get them to pay for the upgrades and that started in August 10th they finish the job like in September 26th we finally got hooked up to December 15th they hired electrician to come out here and cussed me in my yard hit my house and that was Tom's sister out of Joplin Missouri and we still haven't got solder it to come out here and install the placards on my house and finish the paperwork with Empire they are very unprofessional people anybody never use them that is a bad deal I just hope somebody reads this and stays away from them thank you
We had Solar Panels installed through Solar Rich over a month ago and they will not respond as far as the completionOnce the Solar panels were installed the Sales rep immediately requested payment in full which we stated we would not do until the city inspections were completed and KCP&L switched out their metersThey asked for an additional 4K which we agreed to bringing our total payment to roughly 17KWe applied for and were approved for a rebate through KCPL in which we have days from the date of install to have the inspection completedThe rebate accounts for over 7K and we are days into our install with no response to the completion datesThe main issue is they continued to ignore repeated calls and emails asking if the inspector had been calledAfter multiple attempts to have this answered the Sales rep informed us the city had been contacted and should be out within a weekThis did not happen and when asked if they were notified and why they hadn’t arrived the
