Easco installed the plumbing & heating on a new home [redacted] purchased through a general contractor.
To ensure the job was completed to the customers satisfaction we provided a final walk through with [redacted], walk through has been...
completed he was satisfied with the quality of the work and had no service requests.
We did contact [redacted] in a timely manner for the first appointment to do the walk through, but
unfortunately there was a scheduling conflict and we missed the appointment. After we realized the
first appointment was missed we rescheduled as soon as possible.
