Hello, Easley Comfort has had a positive and standing relationship serving Mr [redacted] since May of Since serving Mr [redacted] we have repeatedly started the evaporative coolers over the years when no one was home as his job in Albuquerque would not allow him to be home during our business hoursHe often asked for a Saturday appointment, but we are closed on the weekendsOnce Mr [redacted] married in the same issue continued as his wife also works in Albuquerque and cannot be home until 3:or 4:00, which she would typically be later than she said she would be as she commutes from Albuquerque to Edgewood which is approximately a 35-mindriveOur technicians are paid hourly and cannot sit and wait for customers unless they would like to be billed at additional hourly ratesEasley Comfort schedules our latest appointments in the east mountains between 2:and 3:to allow us to complete any repairs that may require a run for parts etcwithin business hours, which Mr [redacted] was fully aware of as it had been explainedWe did try to offer multiple appointments & options as far as access to the homeMany customers will have a neighbor or family member meet us on site to gain access to the home as the majority of our clients do have to work just like the [redacted] sWe also often have customers leave a key, garage door opener etcNone of these options were acceptable to themPlease notice that the two coolers were started on 5/25/per the attached invoiceMrs [redacted] states that one of the coolers did not work at all once we started them, yet she made a credit card payment(see attached) for both cooler startups five days later on 5/30/Clearly she was happy with the startups, no one would pay for a service they were not happy with a week laterAs far as the plug is concerned, a recommendation was made that it be replaced next spring or sooner if issues arose from it as it was in operation at the time of the start upsWe did return to the property on 6/13/due to a water line leak and to check the switchesThis time one of them was able to be home to allow accessIf the existing switch is not working correctly at this time we are happy to re-fund the second visit charge of $104.09(see attached) from the visit on 6/13/There will be no refund for the cooler start ups performed on 5/25/Unfortunately, on days we do not have a full schedule into the afternoon hours, we run all calls possible in the morning and re-lease or technicians for the day as we cannot pay them hourly to sit around for 4-hours for a late afternoon call, we are a family owned businessThis to was explained to Mr [redacted] Easley Comfort is not interested in performing any further work as the customer has gone to excessive lengths to slander & be hateful on social media as well as leaving threatening voicemails questioning our faith, religion etcPlease contact our office directly with any further questionsThank you, Ashley * Easley Comfort HVAC ###-###-####

home during our normal business hours. He often asked for a Saturday appointment, but we are closed on the weekends. Once Mr. [redacted] married in 2016 the same issue continued as his wife also works in Albuquerque and cannot be home until 3:30 or 4:00, which she would typically be later than she said she would be as she commutes from Albuquerque to Edgewood which is approximately a 35-40 min. drive. Our technicians are paid hourly and cannot sit and wait for customers unless they would like to be billed at additional hourly rates. Easley Comfort schedules our latest appointments in the east mountains between 2:30 and 3:00 to allow us to complete any repairs that may require a run for parts etc. within normal business hours, which Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of as it had been explained. We did try to offer multiple appointments & options as far as access to the home. Many customers will have a neighbor or family member meet us on site to gain access to the home as the majority of our clients do have to work just like the [redacted]s. We also often have customers leave a key, garage door opener etc. None of these options were acceptable to them. Please notice that the two coolers were started on 5/25/17 per the attached invoice. Mrs. [redacted] states that one of the coolers did not work at all once we started them, yet she made a credit card payment(see attached) for both cooler startups five days later on 5/30/17. Clearly she was happy with the startups, no one would pay for a service they were not happy with a week later. As far as the plug is concerned, a recommendation was made that it be replaced next spring or sooner if issues arose from it as it was in operation at the time of the start ups. We did return to the property on 6/13/17 due to a water line leak and to check the switches. This time one of them was able to be home to allow access.
