Ms. [redacted] contacted our office on and 5/31/2016d first spoke with [redacted] . Please see her notes to Ms. [redacted] ' file noting the conversation between them. Then told [redacted] that she would • like to speak to someone smarter than her and the call was passed to me. Please see my... notes as well. I tried to get the customer service rep's name that she said she spoke with so that I could confirm with them the phone call and see about getting her policy cancelled back to the original requested date but she was rude and refused to discuss with me once I told her there were no notes on the file that she had called the previous month nor a cancellation form generated that would have had to been signed in order to cancel her policy. There was only one note before this last call and It was in November 2015 when she called about the renewal down payment. That conversation notes are also attached. It appears that the complainant has had a similar situation with another business which she admitted to In her conversation with [redacted] .

Tell us why herethere is no notes that she called in April or the beginning of MayShe spoke to *** and *** on 5/31/in which she was very rude to. She was not told that someone would call her back on that day if she wants the policy canceled I need names of thoses she spoke to and requested cancel and I need a signed cancellation request

I am rejecting this response because:
I called Easley Insurance on May 2,2016 to cancel my insurance. I was told that I would receive my refund from my recent payment that had been drawn from my bank account (4-29-16). When this did not happened I called the insurance co to remind them of refund, was told that someone would call me before 5pm on that  day, that didn't happened. The third or fourth time I called Easley's was on 5-31-16, again was told someone would call me back by 5pm on that day, still have not heard from them.
