I am writing in response to your letter dated April 10, 2017, in regards to a Complaint filed against Horizons Management, Inc by [redacted] of [redacted] a residential property we manage for the owner of the condoWe have done our due diligence in responding promptly to each one of the tenant's complaints in regards to her toiletWe have had plumbers out to the unit over times to fix the toilet, each time fixing the initial leakThe leak would appear again due to different parts wearing outAs an end result, as it turns out the valve ended up being so worn from the tenant turning it on and off that we now had to replace the entire toiletThe existing toilet is a rare almond color and the plumber needed to order it from a company since it is not a standard in stock color toiletThe entire toilet is scheduled to be replaced on 4/21/We do our best to respond to our tenants complaints in a timely manner and do what we can with the advice of licensed contractorsPlease feel free to contact rne with any questions or Concerns.Sincerely,Kristin W [redacted] Horizons Management, Inc
