The worst cable service I have hadIts horrible channel line upAnd has literally of the same channels it's a complete and total waste of moneyI will say the tech guy installers do good work but you may wanna think about dish especially at the end of the month when you get your bill just my cents
This place has a monopoly on rural cable customers and treats us like we don't matter. The customer service on the phone is horrendous and almost a complete waste of time. The employees at the Forrest City location are as helpful as their employer allows and are not a part of this complaint. The packages offered, the quality of the services, and the pricing are awful and since there are no other competitors readily available, we have to suffer through this while going broke in the process.
