Review: On March/27/2014, I Was Verbally Insulted and Totally Disrespected By [redacted]!(Last Name Unknown). He Went into a Rage (Not All at Once). It Was After I Questioned Him on Receiving a Discount for Being a New Customer. "He said I Was Not a New Customer? Because I Previously Rented From Them a Term of two yrs. I asked Him to Show Me That Policy on Re-renting a Storage Space! That's When He Went into a RAGE! And Demanded! Me and My Movers to Get off The Premises! "Remind You The Movers Had Unloaded 2 Loads of Furniture and Boxes Heading Toward My Intended Storage Space"! This Was All Because I asked to See the Store Policy on Returning Customers. That was a Very Distressing Ordeal! I Had to Immediately Find Another Storage Facility and Have My Movers Reload the Truck! All This Cost Me Time and Money! Not to Mention an Additional $150.00 Dollars!Desired Settlement: An Apology and for Him to Be COUNCILED IN Being Professional and Curteous With All People and Situations in the Work Place! And a REFUND of the Additional $150.00 Dollars I Had to Pay Due to His Outrageous Behavior!
