Better Business Burea:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** [Mr ***'s response it totally fabricated and since he is including information about a Rd party it is heresayFirst, I never asked for a discount for my son who is not a member of the ***Mr ***'s employee said 'with the discount.' Additionally my ex husband and I communicat daily soforMr *** *** assumption of miscommunication by us is incorrect and inappropriateThe lesson Mr *** alleges we missed was never madeI contacted Mr *** to schedule lessons for my son'sMy ex husband sometimes knew took them but he never scheduled themThe issue arose about the amount he charged for the lessons which is not consistent with his advertisingMr *** alleges he did not movehe had to decrease his baseball facility due to a failing businessTherefore, the office he previously occupied was rented to a different business and the signage previously in that office was never replaced, which is why I was unsure about his pricesAdditionally, nowhere in his facility or on his website does it state his cancellation policy. Mr *** claims that there was an issue with paymentAgain, due to his lack of business sense there are no receipts given for paymentsI never stated to the Director of baseball what my ex husband paid I said I paid in two checks one for $and one for $Months after I had paid these I was told to provide the check numbers, which I did and there was no issue. Mr*** consistently partake in advertising practicesIn the advertising for the *** he claims the team will play 25-gamesIn reality they played His unlawful practices are what has caused a decline in his business and his already sketchy reputationAdditionally, Mr *** refers to a stepson but he is not married and while on the phone with him only he could hear me, so if he had to send his 'stepson' out of the room it was because Mr ***, whom he could hear was inappropriate and rude.
Regards,
*** *** ***

I want to first start by saying that I did not receive mailings from the Revdex.com until August 2, 2017. The first part of the complaint refers to the non profit organization of the [redacted] that I oversee. One son is a member and receives a discount and the other son is...

not.  She asked if they could be split between her sons and I accommodated her, even though one son is not entitled to the discount.  It is now important to note, that for the remainder of this complaint I was dealing with a set of divorced parents who would rather not communicate with each other. In the past there has been specific inconsistencies with her and her ex husband with myself and the Director of the [redacted].  (My Director holds a high ranking position in the town of Bristol and is a highly qualified witness to the many negative dealings with this customer). Specifically she argued with my Director that her ex husband paid a balance of $500 in a check, which I was still in procession of and it was only for $250. Then the next day her ex husband said to both of us, "you got me in the dog house with my ex yesterday". Because of the lack of communication, there have been numerous times that she has rescheduled at the last minute or not showed for their lessons at all and I did not charge her. I do have an 8 hour cancellation policy which is also posted in my business which was remodeled, I did not move. The customer has paid my updated pricing in prior years and was well aware that my website was over 10 years old. There are signs of my pricing when I have changed them through the years. They are posted in the parents sitting area in the newly constructed mezzanine. The parents who just drop off and do not come in would not see them of course. Which is in the case of this customer. She paid my instructor for 3 lessons $140. She should have paid $120. Our first conversation we agreed that the $20 would have been a credit towards more lessons for the boys.  Then she sent a note in with her son and complained that she was owed back $40.  I had $40 in my pocket which I gave directly to her son, which he then stated "I will just pocket this and she will never know".  I gave the $40 because at the time I did not want to deal with her inconsistencies and lack of communication between the parents. Per our last phone conversation, it was a weekend morning and I had her on speaker due to previous conversations and messages she had left for me, I wanted a witness. Not even 5 minutes in to the conversation, I had to send my step son out of the room with all the profanity and verbal abuse. She would not let me speak or try to communicate, it was evident that nothing positive was going to come out of the conversation. I decided that my family, nor I was not going to listen to anymore of her constant vulgarity and profanity.  It should be noted also, that the son that does not get the membership discount had his last lesson on June 22, 2017 that I paid my instructor for, so she no longer has to do business at East Bay Baseball Academy and I do not wish to deal with her ever again. I have over 17 years in business and my record speaks for itself. In over 55,000 lessons taught I have never had a complaint against me. I pride myself on that. I believe this a waste of time for you, me and the office of the Revdex.comRegards, [redacted]Owner of East Bay Baseball AcademyThe customer has 2 children, one has a discount membership and the other one does not.  She first wanted the discount for both which I had to clarify with her.  Then we had conversations on the rates for my instruction, which she had paid for a few years now.  On our last conversation, she was
