This facility in the past has provided above average service and employees were wonderful and wanted to ensure customers were satisfied Howevee, Friday, the 4th of December, 2015, I was shocked to see that the three previous cars in a row had to be returned to the "queue" because none vacuumed nor cleaned as customers requested and for which they paid manager yelled at other employees in front of customers in a derogatory manner I purchased wash that included vacuuming interior and cleaning interior and exterior in addition to cleaning tires and wheel well The dirt from transporting flowers was still in the back of my SUV that was not at all vacuumed, the wheels were partially clean...dirt still visible among streaks where some cleaning occurred, and none of the dashboard had been wiped...still dusty film Running boards interior filthy still Additionally, my visor must have been pulled so hard, the piece that holds visor to the clip was completely broken and so my visor now hangs loose no apologies but told meCould have it run back through Qeue as the previous three customers I had planned on buying a package of car washes for a friend for Christmas but, after this experience, would not do that to a friend so business lost a sale Should you take your car, stay with entire time to make sure you get what you paid for and check prior to driving off very sad for me to write this because long time family business that has shown pride in their service
Today, I left this car wash in tearsAfter they accidentally locked my keys in my car, no manager was on duty to approve payment for a locksmith so they would not call oneI decided to call my own but they would not guarantee paymentUltimately, I was able to get in touch with my husband to bring my keys but not before I was called a [redacted] by one of the employees and berated by the man behind the counterThe manager finally arrived and did not offer to call a locksmith and did not react to my account of his employee's actionsHe only asked whether I knew the code on my vehicle which clearly I would have given them had I known it Other customers were there and one felt so bad for the way I was treated that he had me write down my number because he knew the ownerHe also told the manager how terrible they were to meThe female that called me a [redacted] continued to laugh and give me looksI felt intimidated and extremely unsafe which is why I became so emotionalMeanwhile, my car sat in the parking lot in neutralI will never go back there and I will tell everyone I knowI have yet to receive a call from the owner The only positive is after I refused to accept a free car wash in the future, they issued me a refundI never review businesses, good or badThis business will get a review on every social media site possible from me
