I spoke to Mr [redacted] today (2/13/18) at 3:pm regarding roof leak This is the first we've heard of the leak since we fixed it in Oct I asked Mr [redacted] why he didn't contact us to let us know it's leaking again in Feb and he said he doesn't have time to call us to let us know it's leaking However, he has time to post something to the Revdex.com I explained that he needs to let us know if there is a problem so we can address it, before he goes through Revdex.com We will be out to his house in the next two weeks to address his issue
We were in contact with the customer this morning, prior to receiving the complaint and have sent them an email and left a message that we would be at their home tomorrow morning between 7:- 8: a.mto repair the screenThank you, ***
