Review: We ate in this restaurant on 10/*/13. We ordered a fish dish which was supposed to be fresh from the tank in front of us and around one pound. But when the dish came, it was a cheap pre-prepared fish, and was not the one we ordered. I immediately talked to the restaurant manager. He apologized to us and said he could cook one for us, but we did not have time to wait. The manage said he could write down the price for the fish dish on the bill. We agreed. However, when the bill arrived, to our surprise, it was not marked down for the fish as agreed. And the manager now all of sudden change his attitude and said the fish dish served to us was fresh from the tank, and not a cheap replacement. It was obvious that the pre-prepared fish tasted a lot different, texture is a lot different, and no one came near the tank as the tank was right at front of us. The restaurant charged us $25 for this cheap replacement fish which was not what we ordered. The bill also included a mandatory 15 % service charge (about $14) which we did not want to pay since we were quite unhappy about the lies from the waitress and manager. When I came back home I realized the restaurant did not provide me with an itemized bill. The total of credit card charge was $108.04. When I recall all what we ordered, it did not add up to $108.04. The restaurant somehow either miscalculated total or inserted additional $10.Desired Settlement: I want the restaurant to refund me $25+$14+$10=$$49
