East Carolina Roofing replaced my roof 3 years ago. Have called them several times since May 2015 to repair shingles under warranty. Owner called me back in June and said he would go by and see what needs to be done. As of today (10-14-15), no repairs have been made. Very poor service when warranty repairs are required.
