Ordered rims from twg I got them. I was having them installed and they did not send the locking lug nuts like they was supposed to. I had to buy some which was $75 plus tax and then I had texted sells guy cuz that's how we have been talking for the last three or four days. After I asked him how I would get reimbursed for my lug nuts he would not answer will not answer calls will not answer text I have emailed the customer service department twg and cannot get a response from no one. I would just like to get reimbursed for lug nuts that's it have no other complaints with them

I pulled up the order in question from Mr. that was shipped out on October 23rd. He was supposed to receive new lug nuts with his order that we ship out for free. There is no charge for these on our end to the customer. The warehouse that shipped the wheels to the customer invoiced out 24 lug nuts for his truck in the 14x1.5mm he needed. It is unfortunate he did not get these and I will handle that with the warehouse and *** to see what happened.The sales rep *** that Mr. spoke with originally when placing the order has been on medical leave since November 1st. This may be the reason he has not heard back from him if he has been calling or texting his cell phone. We have not received any type of voice mail or email here at the main office in regards to this matter. I have tried reaching out to Mr *** but was unable to reach him. If he can provide me with a receipt for the lug nuts we will be happy to assist him. However he will need to send that directly to me at ***. This way I can handle the matter. *** will not be back in the office for another week. Please submit any further questions directly to me in regards to this matter. We pride ourselves on customer service and making sure our customers are happy with their order. My apologies for not being aware of the matter but I will personally take care of this with the customer. Thank you

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Sent the receipt several weeks ago, still have not heard anything or received the lug nuts.

The customer emailed me after the previous message and stated he would be sending a receipt over to me that weekend. I emailed the customer back and gave him my direct number and asked him to call or text if he has any questions. I have yet to receive the receipt nor has he reached out to me.

I have sent a copy of the receipt to the business and they have not responded to me I do not know what else to do getting very aggravated at all of the waiting it only has been 3 months. Hopefully in the next 3 to 6 months we can have this resolved I don't know what takes so long about getting reimbursed.

Mr. sent an email over to me on Tuesday November 27th, 2018 at 8:49pm stating "I am going to go up to the mechanics shop this weekend to have them give me a receipt. I will send it to you as soon as I get it". I responded back letting Mr. know that I would be on the look out for that. I gave my number to call or text once it was sent. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to the customer with no response back. To get this finished up I would just need a receipt showing this information. The customer previously stated that he paid $75 for lug nuts which is 3 times higher than he should have been charged. I would love to help the customer out but without a receipt my hands are tied. Mr *** can feel free to contact me, text me, or email me at anytime. He can also take a clear picture of the receipt and send it to my phone as a text.

I sent I sent the picture of the receipt to the same email he had been emailing me through I'm not sending picture messages I'm not texting him it's through the email I am tired of messing with this it has been over four and a half months it's a bunch of BS I will never buy from this company again and if anybody asked me about them I will tell them do not do it and for his information if he went out and bought 24 locking lug nuts that was blackfrom a mechanic's shop he would pay that much he wouldn't have a choice especially if his car is up on the racks and I can't put the tires on because the lug nuts from the factory will not work
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
