I contacted Brady Flanary today ( 1/27/) @ 6:30am! I received a message that a service technician would contact me back within minutesI received a call within minutes and a service technician arrived by 9:amMy furnace needed a pressure control switch that the technician had in inventoryMy family was warm by 10:00am ( I cannot express my appreciation) Thank you!

Brady Flanary was referred to me by my electric carrier, the tech said he put a new part on my unit but the next day it was doing the same as before I called the so called service department that never closes only to get the run around so 2days with no heat and degree weather at night no word after they said they would call back. Finally a friend came by with CORRECT part no Thanks to Brady Flanary!!! Do not recommend them for anything

Wow! From the start of my experience with Brady F[redacted] every aspect of the deal was amazingly perfect!!! This type of customer service, I thought, was a thing of the past. Both the sales rep. (Patrick) and the techs. (Mickey and Slade) were so very professional. As far as I'm concerned there is NO other HVAC company in existence. All other competitors should take a page from these guy. Please do not waste your time shopping around and just go with the "best"... No sales pitch, very knowledgeable with the troubleshooting and very thorough. When they left my property you could not even tell they were there other than the beautiful new system. -[redacted]

I feel compelled to leave this review because I almost didn't call this company based on what looked like some negative feedback based on price but because I didn't see anything about bad service I went ahead and gave them a call. I am glad I did. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. I will mention that I had another company come out and diagnose what was wrong with my heat pump. They had a long list of parts that were needed. While I did some research and their prices didn't seem bad, I just had a funny feeling about the whole situation. That is when I contact Brady Flanary. They come out and did their own diagnosis. They found a bad part and replaced it after I gave them the go ahead. What was interesting was I shared the list of parts that the other company wanted to replace. The technician took his time and tested the other parts and found nothing wrong. He also noticed that some of the parts listed weren't even on my system. Going forward, I will only call Brady Flanary. I experienced great service from beginning to end. The technician who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a couple of extra bucks. I can say you get what you pay for.

My positive experience with Brady-Flanary HVAC, Inc. is worth noting. I had excellent service start to finish with quality professional work delivered. As a customer purchasing any service or product, I think most would agree that it is a welcome experience to have a company deliver quality work, results and service. My problem was diagnose accurately and my home system thoroughly checked above and beyond what I feel most would do while meeting or beating most companies prices. All of the questions I had were answered with the knowledge and care of someone skilled, professional and intent on doing not just a good job but a great job. If you're the kind of person who does this in your line of work then you'll certainly appreciate having Brady-Flanary handle your heating and air services.
Highly Recommended.

Your company just completed my spring preventive maintenance for the last nine years. Your Tech John A[redacted] was the most thorough that we've had. All have been good but he went above by explaining and showing me what he had done. Hope that he is sent to my home for my fall maintenance. Cost is a little high but sometimes you get what you pay for.

21 Oct 2015 - My Furnace/AirCo goes down on my Goodman GMH80453ANAB. I call Brady-Flanary to have them come and take a look since I know next to nothing about gas furnaces and I want to be safe in knowing I can get a trusted HVAC company to handle this for me. The technician gives me an estimate of approx. $640 + Diagnostic Fee. Money is very tight, but we go ahead with the repair under the assumption a reputable HVAC company is going to deal fairly with us. The total bill was $741.17, which I paid on the spot right after the repair was made.
I have a second Goodman GMH80453ANA which unfortunately required the same fix on 8 Jan 2016. The quoted price was drastically lower though at $203 + Diagnostic Fee. This made me very curious and concerned I had been erroneously charged by Brady-Flanary. So I called them back and the lady in their office double checked the paperwork and prices and assured those were correct charges. I then decided to go online and in addition talk to a different HVAC company. During my subsequent conversation with Brady-Flanary office personnel I was told I was charge national average prices whatever this means.
I understand I probably have no legal grounds for making a small claims attempt, but this supposedly A+ rated HVAC company is obviously taking advantage of people when other HVAC companies in this area are at the very least charging reasonable prices for the components. I was assured by Brady-Flanary I would get some documentation in order for the charges to add up, but they have not responded to that promise they made a week ago nor have they offered to reimburse additional unwarranted charges.

I have been very happy with their service, selling their product and after care of customers. I feel so confident with them as they do the work at [redacted] where I work. I figured if hey kept me comfortable at work, why not at home!

I called Brady Flanary on Aug. 1, 2016 to diagnose and fix the problem I was having with my electric heat/air system. Brady Flanary had installed this system in 2010 for the previous property owner. The problem was diagnosed to be a bad variable speed motor which was covered under the factory 10-yr. parts warranty. However, the 5-yr, warranty on labor had expired. Brady Flanary gave me a price for labor of $775.00 plus $99.00 for the service call. I thought this price to be extremely high since I was told it was a couple hours work. I sought a second opinion from another company whom diagnosed the same problem. This company's price was $277.00 plus $60.00 for the service call. I have learned from talking with others, even those whom have worked for Brady Flanary, of their dishonest pricing that takes advantage of those whom they feel they can. Please avoid this company.
