[redacted] My greatest apologizes for the title issue that you are having I do recall you coming into our Jersey City location with your son looking for the title and I, Dean D [redacted] , personally met you since the car was purchased in Newark and none of the staff their knew about your purchase Shortly after the title was sent out to the address that I personally took from you via ***All our titles are sent out guaranteed mail to prevent possible issues like this from occurring Due to how [redacted] archives past shipments we are unable to produce the tracking number at this time since it was over days agoAlso, we never charged you for the second title and absorbed the cost I don’t believe that Jessica was trying to give you a hard time at all she was just doing her job Please call me direct at [redacted] which is my cell so you and I can resolve this issue and I will get you the title right away In addition, after some additional research you recently took your vehicle to [redacted] *** for service and they imputed your miles incorrectly that is causing an issue with the mileage history on your truck They recorded the miles at 15,instead of what is actually on the dash which is clearly a clerical issue I will also have that corrected for you as well if you wish me to do so I will look out for your call and be more than happy to rectify this issueBest regards, Dean D [redacted]
