Review: I hired the contractor to repair a condensation problem that I had in my ductwork in the attic, the contractor assured me that he could fix the problem, the only thing he did was make it worse. he was payed in full and since then only comes up with excuses as to why the problem is happening he also made me do an energy audit at my expense and numerous time has told me that he would have an carpenter over and other mechanical people to assess the problem all I have gotten was broken promises. the business has gotten its money and left now im stuck with leaking ductwork that is staining my whole house and a man that refuses to do what is right. I have emailed, called, texted, and even tried to settle this outside of court but this man is arrogant and thinks nothing of his customers he even has cursed at me through texts and demanded his money for a shady job.Desired Settlement: either he can come and fix it or he can run a whole new ductwork through the basement so that it doesn't condesate anymore. or do ductless air I just want my problem fixed also pay for the ceilings he damamged
