ever offered any explanation or resolution of the issue that they were impossible to find for nearly 3 weeks. This appears to be a common problem with this service, based on online comments. I do not need a refund or reduction in price, but I would like to warn other people about the problem.Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: This is the company behind the website citymovingboxes.com who has charged me, but never delivered my boxes. I ordered from the website several days ago. The boxes did not arrive during the designated time. Several hours later a delivery guy called asking me to come home to receive the boxes. I asked him if he could return the following morning and he agreed. His number was ###-###-####. The next day no one came. I called the company, their number says they don't respond to calls, to just email them at [redacted]. I emailed them, forwarding my order confirmation from them. I called back the delivery number. No reply. The next day I called them, emailed them, and used the contact form on their website. No reply. I did notice they had charged me through this company, East Coast Corrugated owned by [redacted] at ###-###-####. I tried every number and email several times. No reply. I still have no boxes and have given this company too many chances to perform, but now I have to focus on moving.Desired Settlement: They charged me $29.13. Understandably a small amount, but nevertheless they never performed.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by East Coast Corrugated, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They emailed me to deliver the goods, however, the message did not actually mention any complaint. I said that it was too late for delivery and I just wanted a refund. They never replied again.
