I was given an assessment with this company and they did not follow through with their service explaining their conclusion which is a shady practice. 9/21/16 was the date I went to receive an assessment with this company. Mr. [redacted] was my counselor. He told me which I recorded the whole interview with my phone that he said you passed the assessment, which only took 35 minutes. He told me that I will call your attorney and see what he needs exactly for court. He did not say anything about taking classes because he did not think I needed them. My attorney called 2 days later and talked to the supervisor which explained they recommended 10 classes, which is beyond what I needed in this matter. They based the decision on my charges which one of the charges got dropped on 9/23/16 which I can supply the paper work to show that. They made a judgemental, subjective decision and it was wrong! You cannot charge someone for a high dollar assessment and not use the assessment for the decision of the recommendations. I called up there to the company after my attorney made me aware of the decision. I asked the lady very calmly how did they come to their decision? , I told her I was very busy with my business and the charges pending in this decision was going to get dropped. But she did not want to hear what I was saying because she was judging me on my record and showed me no respect as a customer of the business. The supervisor of this company is very unprofessional and rude!! I will never do business with this company never again. They also sent my attorney an email stating if I call back up there or show up trying to get a professional reasoning on their decision then I would get charged for harassment and cyberstalking which is beyond craziness. This clearly shows you that they have no customer service and is only racking up class hours to make more money and judge people very wrongly. This is a crooked company that has no conscious. Desired SettlementI want a full refund period!! I want my $100 refund for terrible assessment that did not play a factor in their decision. I want to use my money on refund to hire a counselor and company that is honest.
