This company, admittedly, did a terrible job on kitchen countertops in my homeThe person I worked directly with, left the company after our job was doneThe current people in charge, including the owner, have been putting me off for the repairs for over a yearKept telling me to be patient hat they would handle it The countertops are cracking, and have too many other flaws, including where they burned the stone, to list all of them hereThey have all of our money, and have not given me a finished product that I was promised, and again, they’ve been putting of repairs for over a yearThey have acknowledged how terrible the work is, but are I guess washing their hands of it because the man I dealt with is goneBut it is the company’s work, and I should be satisfied with the work doneI’ve been living with these flawed, ill fitting countertops, for over a year, and I just feel like this is not a fair way to do businessI’m frustrated and I deserve a resolution
